How to grill chicken skewers
Make the vinaigrette: Mix olive oil, lemon juice, peel and onion sprouted with the herbs of your choice with a pinch of powder. Cover pots or pans of chicken in cubes and place in a large bowl. Verser sur la vinaigrette. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, but refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Assemble the skewers: Line up the chicken on the bamboo skewers or in metal bands. Ignition of wooden skewers causes burns on the grill. I added some fresh salt between the chicken breasts to give the skewers more flavor.
Cuisson: Preheat an outdoor grill or grill for a few minutes. Add the chicken and cook until brown and completely browned. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
