One of my favorite low-carb foods is fish. Salmon is good for you, but you also need to make sure that you are using high-quality fish. I love Alaskan king salmon. It is very lean but has a lot of flavors. I actually love white fish, but nothing on the menu compares to the great taste of Alaskan salmon.
