I also love sweet potatoes as a snack. They are very tasty and are a great addition to a low-carb diet. However, it is best not to overdo it with sweets. You don’t want to become so dependent on them that you don’t know what to eat because of those sweet potatoes. Eat them in moderation, but when they are in season, feed them more frequently.
